Flynn Giudici Launches Government Affairs and Lobbying Practice

|

Flynn Giudici announced today that it has opened a government affairs and lobbying practice. The new practice is already off to an immediate success, retaining clients in the telecommunications, cannabis, and nonprofit sectors. To bolster this practice, the firm has hired seasoned lobbyist Nick Vander Poel. Having served as a government affairs expert and lobbyist for many years, Nick’s arrival immediately boosts Flynn Giudici’s new venture.

“After months of servicing and listening to our clients, we launched this government affairs and lobbying practice because there was a natural overlap with our law firm,” said founding partner, Shamus Flynn. “Nabbing Nick was an important first step. He’s a rockstar in the government affairs and lobbying world. Indeed, he’s long served as a trusted advisor to private industry, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, commerce organizations and much more. I can’t overstate the depth of his political and regulatory connections and knowledge of the legislative process. That he chose to join Flynn Giudici to continue providing exemplary service to clients illustrates the strong trajectory our firm is on.”

“Nick’s arrival couldn’t have come at a better time as we launch our new practice,” stated founding partner, Daniel Giudici. “His breadth of experience and knowledge with respect to government affairs and lobbying is second to none. At bottom, the ability to offer clients top-notch government affairs and lobbying services is massive. We are thrilled to deepen our bench and grow this new practice.”

“I am elated to join Flynn Giudici Government Affairs. Given Shamus’s and Daniel’s backgrounds, it seemed like a natural fit to join their team as they build their government affairs and lobbying practice,” said Nick. “I look forward to rolling up my sleeves and continuing to provide clients excellent services, specifically helping them solve both routine and vexing political, legislative, and regulatory issues.”
